Dunedin - Our latest region to join the family!

As demand increases across New Zealand, we are very excited to announce our latest region to join the Build7 family.

Build7 has established itself as a leading New Zealand design and construction company that prides itself on the flexibility we can offer our clients. This starts from the relaxed and open approach from our frontline team members. Many who have been either involved in the building industry, or may even have built a home previously with us!

Initial conversations come with no obligation and are offered complimentary. We can meet with you on your site or in person, wherever is most convenient for you. Even if you are looking 12 - 24 months out, we encourage you to reach out to ensure you get your build timing just right!

Greer Boyd and Callum Flaws are our newest team members for the residents of Dunedin. Bringing a wealth of design and building experience, they are excited to meet with you and discuss your new home ideas further.

Build7 Dunedin offer the personality and flexibility of a boutique local builder, with the backing of a national construction and design head office. Our advantage is in keeping you, the client, central to the new home design process.

This means keeping you informed all the way through with a dedicated app - meaning all communication is completely transparent and includes quotes, estimates, conversations and changes, all part and parcel of the design and build journey. What you see = what we see!

It also means full flexibility in the design process. From initial scribbles right through to plans, 3D renders and elevations. We want to ensure your choices remain central to the process, meaning we encourage you to make any of the necessary changes, while not being penalised in the process. Our design process is offered complimentary, as we believe in putting our investment to you up front, even before any pen goes to contract.

Dunedin offers a great entry point, with the city offering greater levels of affordability of land, all within a metropolitan area deeply rich in history. Changes to Dunedin's district plan have opened up infill housing, with increasing density across the suburbs.

Greenfield developments are also under way on sites where schools may have been closed and which are now becoming medium to high-density homes.
